Winning Commerce is a business name of SGWT Pty Ltd (ABN 96 680 550 047) (“we”, “us”). We are based in Sydney, Australia. This policy explains how we handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles.

What we collect

• Details you give us through our contact form, email or a Calendly booking: name, email, business website, the services you are interested in, revenue or ad-spend ranges you choose to share, and your message.
• If you subscribe to our emails: your email address and how you interact with our emails.
• Website usage data collected through cookies and analytics tools (such as Google Analytics and advertising pixels): pages visited, device and browser type, approximate location and referring site.

How we use it

• To reply to enquiries, prepare proposals and deliver our services.
• To send emails you have subscribed to. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in each email.
• To understand and improve our website and marketing, including measuring and showing our ads.

Who we share it with

We use trusted service providers to run our business, including Shopify (website hosting), Calendly (bookings), Google (analytics and email), Klaviyo (email marketing) and advertising platforms such as Meta and Google. Some of these providers store data outside Australia, including in the United States. We do not sell your personal information.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Some parts of the site may not work as intended if you do.

Keeping your information safe

We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access, and keep it only as long as we need it for the purposes above or as required by law.

Access, correction and complaints

You can ask to access or correct the personal information we hold about you, or make a privacy complaint, by emailing hello@winningcommerce.com. We will respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au).
